By placing an order on this website you accept these terms. Please read them before you buy.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order for you and is responsible for payment.
3. Products
We do our best to show our products accurately, but colours can vary between screens. Latex, stitching and fit may show small variations between pairs. This is normal for handmade goalkeeper gloves and is not a defect.
Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
4. Prices
All prices are in euro and include Greek VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment you complete checkout.
If a price is listed incorrectly due to an obvious error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if we cannot verify your payment or delivery details, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
6. Payment
Payment is taken in full when you place the order. Accepted methods are listed on our Payment Methods page. We do not offer cash on delivery or instalment plans.
Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your card details.
7. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are shown on our Shipping & Delivery page. Estimated times are not guaranteed and may be affected by the courier, weather or public holidays.
Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided.
8. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To withdraw, contact us at georgeladas1999@gmail.com before the 14 days expire. You then have 14 days to send the products back.
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any tags attached. Gloves that have been worn in a session cannot be returned under this right.
We refund the purchase price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned products. Return shipping is paid by you unless the product is faulty.
9. Size exchanges
Separately from your legal right of withdrawal, we accept size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in original condition. See our Returns & Refunds page for how this works.
10. Faulty products
You have a legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery. If a product is faulty or does not match its description, contact us with your order number and photos and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Normal wear of latex through use is not a fault. Latex is a consumable surface and wears with training volume and pitch surface.
11. Our content
All text, photography, logos, designs and other content on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost matches, lost training time or lost opportunity.
13. Complaints and disputes
Contact us first at georgeladas1999@gmail.com and we will try to resolve the issue directly.
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without affecting your rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published at the time you placed it.
